Location permission letters

Below are images of how we got in touch with either the council, regarding using the park locations in our music video. And also the personal email of the owner of the loft we intend to use.

As you can see we had to use a variety of methods to get in contact to gain permission to use the locations we desired. We had to use both email and application forms to get in contact.
It is very important to gain permission to use location before you actually start filming the music video, as otherwise you may be breaking a law as you have no permission to be there. It also notifies who it may concern when and how long you will be using the location for, so they will be aware of your presence.
